Platinum Personal Training is one of the Sydney CBD’s only bespoke personal training facilities. Our passionate team of senior coaches have many years experience helping people just like you to rediscover youthful energy, shed fat, build muscle, move better and eliminate nagging pain. All of this can be achieved quickly by identifying which specific exercises are best for you and how your current lifestyle is impacting you.
We specialise in three types of people:
Those wanting to lose fat fast & build lean muscle, people wanting to improve postureenergy, increase mobility and flexibility; and those wanting to lift heavy, do pull ups, handstands and other impressive feats!
We are now resident in Anytime Fitness on George Street. All our members receive a FREE Anytime membership worth $75 per month and all the benefits that go with it.

Small Group Sessions

Our personal trainers are certified professionals will educate, motivate and keep you accountable. Any fitness level is welcome in our sessions. In Small Group PT you will be treated as an individual to make sure that your personal goals are being achieved. Our training is designed to fit around busy schedules for those working in the Sydney CBD. All sessions are 45 minutes long. As space is limited to just 9 people, clients book into sessions via our online MindBody system.
