About Kim Latchford
Here's what Kim had to say about himself.....
"I didn't grow up a competitive athlete as a kid and only played sports very recreationally apart from a bit of track and field for a couple of years.
Then I found the gym and weights and started bench pressing when I was about 16. I gradually got into it a bit more and also did some running in my early 20’s, until I heard about Crossfit in 2011, finally started training CrossFit in 2012 and haven’t looked back since. Now fitness is my passion and career.
I have learned so much over the last few years from training and coaching Crossfit and strength & conditioning. I know from first-hand experience that with the aid of great coaches, hard work and determination that the varied PT Space protocols will yield incredible results in performance, body composition and general health. I strongly believe in a holistic approach to health through training, nutrition and lifestyle, and in having a positive can-do attitude. I love coaching and helping people attain such positive amazing health and I look forward to my journey over the coming years in developing many athletes and further developing myself."
